All ecomo®refundrequests will be given due consideration and judged on the merit of the claim in accordance with laws of England and Wales.

Due to the nature of the ecomo® business and the accessibility of our services immediately upon purchase, and the commissions paid out to our Ambassadors and affiliates every week, there is a strict 3day refund policy which begins from the date of your successful®Top Up® with ecomo®.

Therefore, we do not accept any refund requests after 3-days of doing business.

Refunds within the 3-day grace period are not automatically applied with any cancellation requests.

If a purchase is refunded, it is understood that the purchaser was not satisfied with the ecomo® service and we may permanently refuse any future sales to that purchaser. If the purchase is refunded due to a duplicate transaction or similar, the refusal of future purchases may be null and void at our discretion.
