ecomo® customer care service is open from 9AM to 7PM GMT Monday to Sunday. Out of hours support is by email by emailing We undertake to respond to your concerns as fast as we can and not longer than 24 Hours allowing for time difference.

When calling or emailing ecomo® customer services please have your account number/username and password details to hand as this will enable us to verify your identify and check your account.

When emailing please give your name, mobile number and a description of the issue you would like ecomo® to address so we can contact you with a solution or update more effectively.

When using ecomo® always remember that you need to be have the Smartphone setting ‘Show My Caller ID’ as green or selected. ecomo® uses your Mobile phone number to identify your account and we will pass your mobile number to the called party so they can identify you too.

To check you are ‘showing your caller ID’ goto ‘Settings’>’Phone’>’Show My Caller ID’.
